This is further driven by its role as a global financial capital with high-paying jobs, significant international investment, high taxes, and strict regulations that limit housing supply. To get a room near Manhattan is very challenging; I found Bronx is the best place which is near to Manhattan. I’m a big believer in positive thinking, so I make sure to create a cosy little space where I can hang out with positive people. With my minds cape I have created a cosy home at 2238 Haviland Avenue, Bronx, NY 10462. My desire is to seek knowledge, the reason I love to host. I usually take the number 6 train to get there from Manhattan, which is a quick and comfortable 45 min journey from Manhattan to castle hill station by train and from my home just a 5-minute walk away castle hill station. New York City is renowned for its high cost of living, especially Manhattan, which serves as the heart of the city. Manhattan is the most densely populated of New York City. Among the world’s major commercial, financial and cultural centre. Its iconic sites include skyscrapers such as the Empire State Building, neon-lit Times Square and the theatres of Broadway. The Bronx is full of history and culture. Jennifer Lopez and Mary J. Blige live near my home, but I am not a big fan of them! I am a culture lover person who love to host for cultures and experiences. You definitely like the cosy home & my spiritual idea. The Haviland Avenue area, located in the Bronx, NY 10462, is near the Unionport neighbourhood. Residents enjoy easy access to major roadways and public transit, including the Number 6 subway line, and there’s even a Haviland Playground nearby. For public transportation in the Haviland Avenue area of the Bronx, you can access the Q44-SBS bus and Number 6 subway line.
