The R&R guesthouse is located in the center of the city with walkable distance through neighborhoods to the downtown areas. Many of the points of interest are within a walks distance. Everything in the city is 5 min. or less by car. Local Taxi service is available, Host Kevin can provide PDX shuttle service or daily outing shuttle service by arrangement. Leisure bicycles are provided. Road cycling in the area is phenomenal !

Absolutely amazing!!
Kevin and Julie are amazing hosts, very friendly and informative. Our room is more than we hoped for and came equipped with a wonderful dual shower head. Air conditioning worked perfectly and was silent. The bed was very comfortable. There are so many wonderful things about this place it is hard to choose just one. Our favorite part is probably the heated pool and whirlpool bath. The whirlpool bath is huge! Another great touch is the sound system that was wired throughout the house, playing great music at the perfect volume all day long. Breakfast was delicious, the ricotta lemon pancakes were incredible. Fresh fruit, herbs from the garden, and hot coffee. We will definitely be back!

Kevin and Julie,
Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful house. It was the most relaxing and luxurious little vacation we've ever had. I had a list of things I wanted to do while we were in The Dalles, but we ended up spending the whole time at the house, because we didn't want to leave. We spent hours in the pool everyday, and the rest of the time lounging by the pool, admiring your abundance of flowers and plants, cooking in your beautiful kitchen, eating outside, sitting around the campfire, sleeping in your cloud-soft beds. Even doing the dishes was fun. In a completely ordinary neighborhood, you have created a little oasis, a world unto itself. We are all eager to return. Oh, and I'm sorry we broke the string on the door.
