To all the moms, daughters, grandmothers, aunts, mentors, and friends who joined us for Mother-Daughter Getaway Weekend this year — thank you for spending your weekend with us!

From outdoor movies and Glow Night to wagon rides, campfires, laughter, and all the little moments in between, we hope you made memories together that you’ll carry with you for years to come. 🌙🔥👩‍👧

Thankful for this group and the support and encouragement they provide to us and all CCCA (Christian Camp and Conference Association) groups across Tennessee and Kentucky!

And we see a few Deer Run faces representing! ☺️

Camp Jabez had the pleasure of hosting the CCCA (Christian Camp and Conference Association) Cabinet Board Meeting this year! We always look forward to this meeting with this wonderful group and spending time discussing future plans for camps throughout Kentucky and Tennessee.

And, of course, Newfy made sure she joined the group photo, she’s always a hit with our guests! 🐾💙

Our annual Deer Run Vision Dinner is coming soon! 🦌

This special evening is an opportunity to gather with friends, supporters, ministry partners, and the Deer Run family as we celebrate what God is doing at Deer Run and look ahead to the vision He has placed before us.

This year, we’re sharing an exciting vision for the future: expanding Deer Run to build a Family Camp Lodge! We believe families need a place to step away from the distractions and demands of everyday life, slow down, reconnect with one another, and encounter Christ together.

Getting to baptize campers at the end of each week of summer camp is the greatest joy and privilege! “Even if just one of these campers gets a glimpse of Christ from being here at camp, then it was all worth it and everything we’re doing is for a reason, and for the glory of God!”
