Per owner effective immediately all residents who are yearly or 6 and 6 you must trim your own bushes or you can pay us to do it for 50.00 to do it. Also all loose items must be stored in sheds not behind it or beside them. Also you are not allowed store wood or pallets or stairs on your site either. Thank you
