When I began creating this Memorial Day tablescape, I wanted it to feel more than festive.

I wanted it to feel intentional.

Layer by layer, this table came together through texture, color, and thoughtful details.

Timeless blue toile, woven elements, candlelight, and romantic faux florals were carefully chosen to create a softer interpretation of Americana styling.

For me, Memorial Day is not only about gathering around the table, but also about remembrance, gratitude, and creating meaningful spaces for fellowship and reflection.

Every stem, every fold, and every detail was placed with purpose.

The florals became the heart of the design — layered with movement, softness, and collected beauty — while the candlelight added warmth and quiet elegance.

This table was designed to feel welcoming, reflective, and beautifully gathered.
