Guess what I just found out! There will be a major fishing tournament on the lower Cumberland and lower Tennessee on August 10th. These probably go on all the time, but this is the first one that we will be listed in their advertising brochure.

Now, I happen to know that a couple of our locals are always catching , in my eyes, HUGE catfish. Come on boys, this year get yourself registered and win this thing!

The outfit is King Kat Tournament Trail, and they have a website for detail info. Weigh in site will be in Grand Rivers.

For those of you who are not local, we are inviting you to bring your camper and boat, or your tent and try your hand at catching the big one. Boat ramp about a mile upstream from our campground.

Our rates are reasonable, we are a safe, off road site with no outside traffic, and we are a friendly, farm based business. Call Melissa at the Cumberland River Campground Campgrand at 270 519 1744 and ask about open sites. Our address is 811 Jack Walker Road, Tiline, Ky. Come on down - make us proud with a hundred pounder!

We had a great time at our Forth of July event!!! I would like to thank the ones who made this possible! Especially Miss Hazel, she is always ready to make things happen and go smoothly. Thanks to Ladonna and Kennith for your help and looking so forward to spending more time with you. To everyone who came out to support our fireworks and for the Donations. Logan Shucraft you did a fabulous job once again. Brad Probus the BBQ was Delicious, thank you for staying up and cooking the night before. Brandon and Evan did an outstanding job on the fireworks. That takes a lot of work and time to sit up. Also thanks to you and Evan for the mowing and making the campground look great. Thank you for letting me entertain your little ones. I had as much fun as they did. My plans for them will continue to grow with more fun things for them to do. Can't wait to see you all at are next event!! Thank you, Tiline community , for the wonderful support you gave us at our fireworks and music festival!! That was the largest crowd we have ever had. Great weather.. Everyone seemed to enjoy. Let's do it again sometime?????

Didn't Brandon and Evan do a great job with the fireworks? And Logan was up to his usual entertaining self. I really like to hear him sing and play.

How many of you had the chance to sample Susan's homemade kraut, relishes and pickles? She is up to her elbows today in cucumbers!

We will be doing another "something" before too long. Watch for us.

Come on down to the campground for fireworks tonight. Starting at 5pm Music by Logan Shucraft we will be selling hamburgers, hot dogs and BBQ sandwiches. No charge for fire work show this year but donations are appreciated to help with cost of fireworks and musician!
