High protein German pancakes (or Swedish-they are the same)… I used about 3/4 of a banana cream, premier protein, one egg, about 1/4 cup of almond milk, pink salt and about a cup of flour. Cook on medium-high heat in butter. The Germans roll them, the Swedish and the French fold them in quarters. However you chose to serve them is up to you… I love them with Lindenberry butter and a dollop of lingonberries. If you’re trying to get a lot of protein in first thing in the morning, having a few of these with a couple of eggs is a really good choice. God morgon!! The Vintage Inn Boutique
