So, someone stole the pool balls 🎱 from the rec hall. The company that we get the machines from are currently looking at their cameras, we will be looking at ours too, to see what happened. If you are the culprit, please turn yourself in and replace the pool balls. Once the company finds the footage and we identify the person(s), the company will be taking action against the person/people...
We do have a pretty good idea of when they were taken because we have regulars that play and they informed us when they were not there.
We are asking whomever to come forward about it before the authorities are involved and someone faces theft charges...

Suggestion for this weekend: bring a generator ... just in case! With this heat, everyone sill be running a.c. system can't handle it all so generators will help! Also, with this heat comes storms... power could be disrupted from storms, so having a generator will help

👋 Hello Everyone! If I have given you the general code to get in, it has changed... it has been given out to too many people and we are having issues with it now.
➡️ Make arrangements with me to get your cards, if you have been waiting on cards! I made room in the system to put more cards in! REMINDER- only 2 cards allowed per site now!
➡️Let us know if you have visitors/guests coming to your camp. For random visitors, please ring the intercom on the gate system - be patient there is a delay after ringing it to when we are opening gate.

Since I'm feeling unwell, instead of me going over and reading the agreement to you all, I am going to post it on the website. You can download the agreement there with the rules and you can read it. Save your questions for when we reschedule, probably going to be next weekend or the following. If you want to sign the agreement and send it to us, that'd be great. We do not need the whole thing just the signed pages. When you send it back you us make sure you include your name and lot number. We will have a hard copy of everything in the rec hall for reference for everyone. If you want a hard copy for yourself, there is a charge. It is lengthy.

Read in this order: Master Rules, Community Standards, Quick Rules, Fee Schedule, then tbbhe Seasonal Agreement. You have to read in that order for it to make the most sense.
