Birch Grove Community Services is Seeking a manger for our Youth Hostel:
• A youth hostel has run from the BGCS building for decades: BGCS is re-packaging the start of a “new” youth hostel and is looking for a motivated manager to lead the program
• Work with BGCS to finalize, promote and implement the youth hostel program
• The potential for this venture to be lucrative is high, and BGCS intends to pay very well - must be motivated for mutual success!
• Must be organized, responsible, self-motivated, and able to manage the youth hostel independently
• BGCS Youth Hostel runs mostly on winter weekends. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Advertising, seeking new groups, booking groups, grocery shopping, preparation of building, welcoming groups, cooking and serving meals (dependent on package), clean kitchen and building – able to leave site while groups are on excursions
• Will need to receive food certification and pass a background check
• All youth groups come with chaperones and all are 501c3 non-profit groups

• This program is almost entirely ready to go. The manager has the ability to change the program details.
