The public is invited to witness representatives from our Faith Community sign a Faith Covenant for Education 1:00pm, this Thursday, August 20th at the historic [168 year-old] Third Baptist Church (402 Pinewood Ave).

The Faith Covenant represents our community's belief, desire and commitment to Excellence in Education and - in particular - Central State University's initiative to establish an "educational pipeline" between the University and our Toledo community.

Join us Faith Leaders from across the community sign this important historic document and learn more about the Central State initiative also known as CSU Day.

Know of a student interested in college, but unsure of her/his financial stability or their next steps to take. Use the following link to register for CSU Day where representatives from Central State will be on hand to help them get on track to a brighter educational future. Join us on Saturday, September 26, 2026, 9am - 3pm.

Students can register right now at: csuday419.com

Thank you for joining us last week for the August African American Legacy Project Patio Series event!

A huge THANK YOU to our friend Ms. Audrey Johnson, of Unbounded Artists Development Community, for sharing her work, her creative voice, and her passion for honoring Black local artists past and present while nurturing the next generation of Black artists and storytellers. Through community, she continues to create spaces, while leaving a legacy.

"...it feels a lot like community!"

SAVE THE DATE: Join us for the next African American Legacy Project Patio Series on Tuesday, September 1. Stay tuned.
