*NOKOMIS SUNSET OASIS RENTAL INFORMATION*
Very well taken care of & VERY CLEAN, 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage home located in a quiet bay on beautiful Lake Nokomis in Tomahawk, WI. Sleeps up to 12 people comfortably with 6 queen size beds. There is an additional queen-size pull-out couch. Great for family/friends gatherings. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the lake. Excellent for fishing, boating, relaxing at the beach, and water sports. Several bars and restaurants to choose from on the lake. Including the FAMOUS Windmill for ice cream. Enjoy a Kwahamot Waterski Show downtown every Tue, Thurs, and Sat at 7:30 p.m. Boat landing is ¼ mile down the road. Boat/Jet ski rentals available. Close to snowmobile, ATV, biking, and hiking trails. Snowmobile/ATV rentals also available.
Rental will include use of a ***20FT 2023 FLAGSHIP FISHING PONTOON***, paddle boat, canoe, kayaks, and a BRAND NEW PLAYGROUND! The home is fully furnished including all dishes, utensils, dishwasher, towels, bed linens, washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, pack n’ play, highchair, baby bathtub, 2 extra twin size mattresses, unlimited WIFI, DirecTV, DVD players, movies, books, gas grill, charcoal grill, fire pit, firewood, dock, yard games, beach toys, swim platform, and inflatables. All paper products, laundry detergent, softener, and trash bags are provided. All you need to bring are your personal items, food, drinks, and the family. The owners are next door so if anything is needed just ask. Town is also 7 min. away for any last-minute needs. As well as a gas station/small grocery store 2 miles away. Gas for the boat is also available on the water.

Half down at time of booking is required. If needing to cancel the down payment will be forfeited if we’re unable to rebook. Any advertising fees needed to rebook will be deducted from the down payment plus 10% of the total amount due.
