My friends Leif and Brit were up here this weekend. As you all know me we ate, laughed, had a fire. Leif, fished, went to Globe, and was" feeling adventurous" this morning as he said. They took Apache Trail back to Phoenix. Took 4 hours, they said beautiful country. Stopped for pictures and chatting. Only 13 miles longer from the direct route. Want to know more? Nice weekend had a guest E and his sons up hunting. We hung out. Good food and conversation. Halloween was nice. Live band and costumes. Kind of funny Tonya and I both went as Hula girls. Saw 5 Elks 335 members for a sec today.

I guess the weathermen got it right tonight. Watching another light show way west. Can't even hear thunder. It's the system moving NW out of the Valley. Thanks for the rain. No Watering tomorrow!!!

We had some rain today Sunday 10/18/2015. Watched the light show that happened in the Valley. The sky lit up and you saw the black clouds falling down with moisture. Beautiful night Tree frogs are singing all over. Oh bring a sweatshirt. Joe

Another nice day in the high dessert. A little storm came thru us this afternoon.Waiting on the moon and Mars tonight. A little cloudy , but i hope to take pictures for you all.

A great night with a few my guests. We decided to hit the grills around 11. Boars head hot dogs, kielbasa, Chicken, Chili for the dogs and potato salad.
