Through mindful stretching, free-flowing movement, breathwork, and meditation, Shaman Candace guides guests into deeper connection with the body, the breath, and the healing energy of the land. Copal is gently used throughout the experience to cleanse and clear stagnant energy, creating space for renewal and restoration. This one doesn't take you all day to reach. Just a moderate 1.7 mile out-and-back trail with a 300 foot incline. The trailhead is two miles east of the visitor center on Highway 24. Hickman Natural Bridge, a massive natural sandstone arch formation that spans across a canyon is the crowning jewel of this hike.
