What a great time to camp and see nature's beauty.

The Full Sturgeon Moon will rise on August 28, 2026, creating a bright and beautiful sight across the evening sky. As darkness settles in, the Moon will appear fully illuminated and can be seen shining above the horizon. The name “Sturgeon Moon” comes from traditional names used for the August full moon, linked to the time when sturgeon fish were once more commonly caught in North America. It’s a great night to step outside, look toward the sky, and enjoy the natural beauty of the full Moon.
