Camp Workers Needed!

Mountaineer Campground on the peaceful side of the Smokies is looking for two hardworking, friendly people to join our team immediately through November 30, 2026.

We have two openings: Office/Guest Services and Maintenance/Cleaning Tech. Both are approximately 24 hours per week with a consistent schedule - specifics discussed during the interview. Days off coincide.

This is a workcamper position for two people. Compensation is a full hookup site with electric, water, sewer, cable, and Wi-Fi, plus discounted laundry, firewood, and ice, and access to all park amenities. No prior experience necessary; first-time work campers are welcome.

Pet-friendly (approval required). Background checks and references required.
