Job tasks include but are not limited to:

Taking and altering reservations
Entering customer info into the computer
Check-in and check-out of guests
Processing payments
Guest assistance and troubleshooting
Limited laundry duties during down time
Balancing the cash drawer at end of shift

This job requires someone comfortable juggling multiple tasks despite occasional distractions or interruptions. Good customer interaction and communication skills are a must. It is helpful if you are familiar with the Smoky Mountain area and its attractions. We seek to promote a friendly and team-like atmosphere.

ONE FULL TIME AND ONE PART TIME JOB AVAILABLE.

Victor Talley and his wife Helen began renting the original eight units in 1953, while Victor worked at Aluminum Company of America in nearby Alcoa. Today the 48-room inn is operated by the third generation of the Talley family, offering rooms with private balconies and fireplaces, a conference room, and spacious grounds well-suited for automobile shows.
