One of the things we love most about Bay Park Retreat is the location.

The TART Trail runs right next to the condo, making it easy to get out for a bike ride or a walk.

West Bay beaches are a short walk away.

Downtown dining, shopping and nightlife are close by.

F&M Park and the playground are right across the street.

Wineries, kayaking, golf and so many more adventures are just a short drive away.

Whether you're here for a beach day, a bike ride, a night downtown or a weekend exploring Northern Michigan, this is a pretty great place to call home base.
