Work for privately-owned residential and vacation rentals in Treasure Island/Sunset Beach!!

Responsibilities:
* Perform repairs on small home appliances.
* Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.
* Regularly maintain exterior of luxury properties.
* Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
* Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
* Extremely organized with good communication skills.
* Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
* Owning a truck is preferred.

We are a lot of fun to work with! Flexible hours. Compensation can be reasonably negotiated.
