We told you there were more where that came from. 🐦

Quiang, who stayed at Funshine Sunset Beach last month, blessed us with an entire collection of stunning shots from the beach. This one stopped us cold — the silhouette, the bird, the reflection in the wet sand.

Some sunsets just ask to be witnessed. 🌊

Evan and I finally made it over to check out the new pool at Funshine Sunset Beach last night, and y'all... it did not disappoint. 😍

They've added gorgeous new seating around the whole deck, and the space just feels so fresh and inviting. We got there right as the rain had cleared out, so it was totally quiet — just us, the pool, and this incredible storm blowing off across the Gulf in the distance. That sky though! You couldn't ask for a more dramatic backdrop.

After everything this building has been through since Helene, seeing this pool finished and looking so beautiful genuinely made my night. It's the little full-circle moments like this that remind me why I love what I do.

Flying in? You're closer than you think. ✈️

Caught this shot last year at sunrise, just before flying out on an Allegiant flight for a Key West trip. It got us thinking: so many of our guests fly Allegiant right into St. Pete-Clearwater (PIE), and most don't realize just how close that puts them to the beach.

From touchdown at PIE to sand between your toes at Treasure Island? About 30 minutes. No long shuttle, no multi-hour drive — you could be checking into Funshine Pointe Capri or Funshine Sunset Beach before you've even shaken off the flight.

Allegiant is pretty specific about where it flies, so if PIE isn't an option from your city, don't worry — Tampa International (TPA) is just 10 minutes farther, putting you about 40 minutes from Treasure Island either way.

If you're planning a trip down, you're closer to us than you think. 🌅

Some of our favorite Sunset Beach memories happen right here — cards on the table, a good breeze coming through, and no rush to be anywhere. Beach days are the whole point, but a slow evening in with a game and good company might just be the real vacation.
