🎨🌴 **THE POINTE CAPRI GLOW-UP IS COMPLETE!** ☀️

Remember a few weeks ago when we told you Funshine Pointe Capri was getting a little makeover?

Well… here she is! 😍

The painters have packed up, the fresh new colors are looking beautiful, and we finally got over there last night to see the finished product!

I have to say, we're loving the fresh white and gray with those pops of turquoise. And of course, the same gorgeous waterfront views, swaying palms, and spectacular sunsets are still there. 🌅

We managed to arrive just as the evening sky started putting on a show. Not a bad way to check out the finished project!

It's always exciting to see improvements to a place we love sharing with our guests.

🚀 Just another morning in paradise! 🌴

One of my favorite things about living in St. Pete is that you never quite know what you're going to see during your morning workout!

Yesterday morning at North Shore Park, the sun was just starting to rise over Tampa Bay when a SpaceX rocket streaked across the sky. 🚀🌅

I work out here most mornings, and I never get tired of this view.

North Shore Park is one of those places the locals love. Miles of beautiful waterfront, palm trees, walking paths, people out exercising, and some of the prettiest sunrise views in downtown St. Pete. It's also a favorite spot for swimming, relaxing by the water, and watching fireworks when there's a celebration in town.

If you're visiting St. Pete, don't spend all your mornings sleeping in. Grab a coffee, head to the waterfront, and see why we love living here.

And if you're lucky, you might even catch a rocket launch! 🚀

Funshine Pointe Capri is getting a glow up this week! 🎨
The painters are here, everything's taped and wrapped, and the building is mid-makeover. The good news: the view didn't need any work. Same Intracoastal sunsets, same boats, same palm trees swaying out by the dock.

Sometimes it's the end of the day — kids finally settled, sand rinsed off, and you get five quiet minutes to sink into a chair with a book and a glass of w**e. That's the moment this whole trip was really for.

A cancellation just opened up some rare short-notice availability at Sunset Beach. Freshly rebuilt pool, steps to the beach, free private parking, and strong wifi if you need to squeeze in a few work hours between beach days.

We told you there were more where that came from. 🐦

Quiang, who stayed at Funshine Sunset Beach last month, blessed us with an entire collection of stunning shots from the beach. This one stopped us cold — the silhouette, the bird, the reflection in the wet sand.

Some sunsets just ask to be witnessed. 🌊
