This one's an oldie but a goodie — shot from our Harbor House property back in 2023, before Hurricane Helene came through and humbled us all. That flag was flying proud against one of the most ridiculous orange skies we've ever seen.
Some sunsets just stop you in your tracks. This was one of them.

Sometimes hosting just feels like this. 🌹
A couple checked in this morning to start their honeymoon at Funshine Sunset Beach. They didn't add the romance package — but I'd just finished my workout, Publix was on the way, and the Gulf Coast is basically made for romance. So why not?
Sunset Beach at golden hour with someone you love is already pretty magical. We just added roses and champagne. 🥂

Planning a romantic getaway on the Gulf Coast? 💕
It started with a message from a guest. He was planning something special for his partner and wanted experiences — not just restaurant recommendations. So we put together a list. A really good one.
Because that's what we do. We're not just handing you keys and wishing you luck — we're locals who actually know this place, and we love helping our guests make memories that last way longer than the trip.
Sunset sails. Horseback riding into the Gulf Coast sky. The world's most fun date night block in St. Pete. Kayaking through mangrove tunnels. A shuffleboard club that costs $10 and is completely unforgettable. And a musician who was so inspired by his stay at Funshine Sunset Beach that he wrote a song about it. 🎵
