We didn’t just build an RV park… we built a vision.

A place where mornings start with coffee by the water, afternoons turn into fishing or boating at Swanson Reservoir just 3 minutes away, and evenings end under wide Nebraskas big open skies.

The plan was simple
Create a year-round destination for people who love the outdoors
Hunters, anglers, boaters, travelers, crews working in the area
A place people come back to again and again

And we did the hard part

✔ 10 oversized RV sites already in place
✔ 30 and 50 amp service at every site
✔ Private well and septic installed
✔ Permits approved for 3 future cabins
✔ Room to expand even further

What we didn’t do… was fully bring it to life.

Between other businesses and life moving fast, this project stayed on the back burner longer than we ever planned.

So now we’re looking for the right person to take it the rest of the way.

Because the opportunity here is real

This is an RV park with infrastructure already built
