THIS IS NOT AN APARTMENT. IT IS A LOT WITH FULL HOOK UPS FOR AN RV OR TINY HOUSE

Only one lot left for RV or Tiny house for rent. Includes water, trash, sewer and highspeed fiber WIFI. Electric separately metered in your name.

$400 intro rate for first month. $500 there after. There is also a $500 refundable deposit which can be paid over time.

Nice quiet country setting. Only 7 total lots. 10 min away from downtown Trenton and 30 minutes away from Chattanooga. Washer and dryer access and private storage for an extra fee.

Lease is month to month but this is a long term park where we expect you to stay for at least 6 months or longer.
