These rocky spots along the Trinidad coast are natural haul-outs where harbor seals come ashore to rest, molt, and spend time together.

While the forest is out here looking all peaceful and magical, we’ve been keeping busy behind the scenes!🧹✨ Our cabin turnovers have been keeping us very busy getting everything fresh, clean, and ready for our next round of forest explorers😉

But don’t worry—we’re still making time to appreciate moments like this. Sunlight through the trees, ferns underfoot, and that peaceful redwood feeling that makes all the busy-ness worth it🌿☀️

Happy Labor Day!🇺🇸🌲

And just like that… Labor Day weekend is a wrap! The sites are clearing out, the forest is getting a little quieter, and we’re already missing all of our weekend guests❤️
