The Restaurant is open 5pm - 9pM Thursday through Monday nights. All restaurant guests are welcome to enjoy our outdoor spaces and fire features. The Inn was built in 1873 as the Summer home of John Jones, a Philadelphia wallpaper magnate and horse enthusiast. The estate was over 650, comprising what is now Taughannock Falls State Park. e, with 28 guest rooms and a World Class restaurant, all surrounded by park land. Come see the tallest waterfall this side of the Rockies. It's right next door.
