Baker's Acres Campground Baker's Acres Campground
"Where Friends are Made for Life", since 1968

A friendly, family-owned-and-operated campground by the Jersey Shore!
(996)

Thank you for visiting our page. We certainly hope you and your family will love our campground as much as we do. My grand parents opened Baker’s Acres in 1968 with little more than a shovel, five children and a dream to provide quality family camping at a reasonable price. Now over forty years later we’ve continued to expand and improve, all while keeping a loyal camper base. So, you can imagine the pride that I have for our family-owned and operated business. Baker’s Acres offers over 250 sites, all nestled within the oaks, pines, mountain laurel, and blueberry bushes and separate from one another; no field camping here! We have tons of activities during the summer for kids and grown-ups; a fully stocked camp store, two pools, arcade room, ping pong, pool tables recreation hall, volley ball, ball field, laundry room, LP gas, campground-wide Wi-Fi, cable and we accommodate your fur babies, too. To top it off, we are centrally located near all of the shores main attractions. We are only eight miles from Long Beach Island, and in close proximity to Atlantic City, Seaside Heights, Ocean City, Six Flags Great Adventure, Tuckerton Seaport, golfing, crabbing, kayaking and just about anything else you can associate with the shore! We invite all of our fans to openly discuss their love of Baker’s Acres on this page. If you have any If you have any questions, you are always more than welcome to call, email or even chat if you see us online! I certainly hope to hear from you soon to schedule a day to visit Baker’s Acres Campground.

Saturday 7:00pm – 10:30PM HALLOWEEN DANCE AND COSTUME CONTEST
Dress to impress! Hooray for another Spooktacular dance. We are changing things up this year, instead of the applause vote for the kids costume contests (which lets be honest results in a lot more tears than cheers from the kiddos)

Anyone under the age of 20 will be given a number to wear on their costume.
Once the dance starts the activities crew will be set up at a table, there you will sign up to participate in the contest and be given a number to wear.
PLEASE PIN THE NUMBER TO THE FRONT OF YOUR CHILD’S COSTUME! Voting will be open from 7-9:00!

Throughout that time our DJ will remind you to come see the girls and vote for your favorite costume, PLEASE REMEMBER 1 VOTE PER PERSON!
Kids Costume Winners will be announced at 9:15pm, so be sure to be there getting your dance on at the pavilion around that time.
At 9:30pm we will announce the WINNER of our Best Decorated Site Contest and have our Adult Costume Contest AGES 21 and OLDER. As always we will have two categories for the Adults:
Group and Individual!
Adults however we are going old school applause votes, because face it you are adults, if you lose get over it, LOL!
So if you have an adult in the contest, gather your friends, bring your screams, claps, and applauses, because the costume(s) with the loudest cheers wins!
