For one evening, Napa Valley comes to Tucson.

Some stories take fifty years to tell properly.

This one begins high above Napa Valley, where Tim Mondavi and his family have carried forward four generations of winemaking - a name woven into the story of American wine.

On September 17, that story comes to the table at Arizona Inn.

One intimate evening. Remarkable wines from Continuum Estate. Thoughtful pairings. And the kind of hospitality that gives every glass its moment.

Thursday, September 17 | 5:30–8:30 PM | Arizona Inn | Tucson, Arizona

Seating is limited, and this evening will not return.

What connects Dolly Parton’s extraordinary musical legacy to a historic pink hotel in the heart of Tucson? More than you might imagine.

Dolly Parton, Emmylou Harris, and Tucson native Linda Ronstadt created one of country music’s most beloved collaborations: Trio - three unmistakable voices meeting in perfect harmony.

Years later, that shared musical thread wound its way back to Linda’s hometown. In 1999, Linda and Emmylou returned to the desert to record their acclaimed duet album, Western Wall: The Tucson Sessions. Recording as a duo rather than with their longtime Trio collaborator Dolly, Linda and Emmylou affectionately joked that they were “Trio Minus One.”

To capture the intimacy of the music, they bypassed a traditional studio and recorded here at the Arizona Inn. It was a fitting choice for a place Linda has fondly called her “favorite hotel in the world.”

As the world remembers Dolly Parton, we find ourselves thinking about the extraordinary friendships behind the music and the quiet places where creativity, conversation, and history have gathered over the years.

To Linda, we send our heartfelt condolences on the loss of your dear friend and musical sister. Tucson is thinking of you.

Some voices become part of our lives. Some harmonies never really leave us.

Rest in peace, Dolly. Thank you for the music.

For the couple who wants to promise forever without an audience - this is it.

Somewhere between a grand affair and running away, there is a wedding with almost no one there. And it may be the most honest one.

The Arizona Inn has always known how to hold a quiet moment. Nearly a century of desert light moving across pink walls. Gardens that ask for nothing. Casitas that remember every guest who ever slowed down inside them.

The ceremony on a shaded lawn. The two of you beneath the palms. Dinner at a table set for the handful of people who matter most. No schedule. No spotlight. Just the place, and the vow, and the sun.

Small was never less. It was always exactly enough.
Save this for the day you decide to keep it just yours.

Long before color photography could capture its signature hue, the Arizona Inn was known as the Pink Palace of the Desert.

Nearly a century later, its silhouette remains - the tile roof, the wooden beams, the turquoise reflection that has welcomed generations to slow down and stay awhile.

As we look toward our centennial in 2030, we honor the shadows that shaped us while the sun keeps shining on chapters still to come.

Then, now, and always - Tucson’s original.

Her own Arizona Inn story began with the strangest coincidence.

She found the Inn because one of its rooms shared her exact first name.

That quiet twist of fate brought Pastry Chef Cat Gossard through our pink walls, and for six years she’s been the woman behind some of the Inn’s sweetest traditions.

From the monthly cheesecakes served in the Library to the delicate sweets that grace our seasonal Afternoon Tea, Cat creates the desserts that turn a stay into a memory.

Most guests know the Inn for its history. Few know the names still writing it.

Ask to meet Cat on your next sweet-tooth visit, and discover the sweeter side of a nearly century-old story.

95 years after Isabella Greenway opened our doors, something rather unexpected has happened.

In our first year as a member of Historic Hotels of America®️, Arizona Inn has been named a 2026 Awards of Excellence Nominee Finalist for New Member of the Year. For a place that has never needed to shout about its history, this feels especially meaningful - a quiet affirmation that what has been preserved here for generations still matters today.

The winner will be announced October 15. Until then, we are simply honored to be among America’s distinguished historic hotels.

Discover the story through the link in our bio.

It’s a rare world where you slip into a plush bathrobe, watch films of 1930s Hollywood icons who stayed here, and forget the outside world exists.

You won’t believe people lived here for months.

This secret desert oasis was built for it.

Rooms like private residences.
A walk-in closet the size of a room.
Fireplace. Bar. Patio.
No wonder they never wanted to leave.`
