Spring is here, our we little Tombstone Rosebush is blooming,birds chirping and although we r expecting record breaking temps for March this week…the swimming pool 🏊 is ready for a cool dip and our air conditioning is lovely 😊 inside awaiting your enjoyment! It’s been said, “When the going gets tough, the tough go shopping” or “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade”…I like both after a hard day at the inn. A whole house rental for 5 days & 18 people) then turned into speedy cleaning for a a late checkout, new early checkin, stopped up kitchen sink , broken dryer, IT serviceman, appliance technician swearing at our old dryer, and well just your average chaos turned back into order…praise God! This historic appliance company helped replace our dryer, my patient husband finished installing the new one today, and although the sink is still partially clogged…we r up and running once again. ;). Thank you to my colleagues who worked so hard & tolerated the chaos. “Your attitude (and gratitude) determines your altitude” another one of my favorite sayings. buildings

Did you know it’s the 238th Birthday of our Constitution?!!! September 17, 1787: The final draft of the Constitution was signed by delegates at the Constitutional Convention. June 21, 1788: The Constitution officially went into effect after New Hampshire became the ninth state to ratify it. Since its ratification, the Constitution has remained the supreme law of the land and has evolved through amendments to meet the changing needs of the nation.
