Looking for a housekeeper for a boutique hotel. Need someone who is responsible and has reliable transportation to show up during scheduled shifts. Need to have open availability especially weekends, flexible on hours and time. Need to be able to climb stairs to access multiple floors for room cleaning. Duties not limited to but include:
Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks
Making beds and changing linens
Washing windows
Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors
Sorting, washing, loading, and unloading laundry
Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools
Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies
Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces
Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
Washing blinds
Tidying up rooms
Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements

Looking for Full-time and Part-time, Pay will be $12.15 an hour, bi-weekly and by check.

We are in need of a couple maintenance workers while we renovate the hotel. Someone who is a hard worker, trustworthy, and can work without supervision. Experience is not necessary, can be taught everything. Looking for someone who can pay attention to detail and finish the work in a timely and clean manner.
Duties can range from a variety of things such as moving furniture, to landscaping, to painting walls, to sweeping the parking lot. Every day will be a different list of tasks.
Other key duties include but not limited to:
• Repairing and maintaining the interior and exterior of the hotel Renovation
• Help with demolition, removing trash, throwing away furniture
• Assist in other areas of the hotel as needed, such as collecting/delivering dirty linen to laundry, assisting with laundry or housekeeping as needed
• Sheet rock/drywall repair, joint compounding and texturing walls
• Perform routine maintenance such as painting, carpet/floor cleaning, caulking, etc.
• Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems, room furniture, fixtures and other items in the hotel
• Perform basic maintenance
• Provide exceptional quality work and service
• Complete work in a timely manner
• Clean work area when a task is completed
Qualifications
• Must be flexible in hours and days worked
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 140 pounds with assistance
• Must be able to walk, stand, climb, kneel, reach, crawl, push, pull and twist the majority of the day

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
