In Oro Valley, the Catalinas do a different show every single night. This lot has a front row seat.

If someone handed me a blank piece of Oro Valley desert tomorrow and said build whatever you want…

I wouldn't open with the floor plan.

I'd go stand on it at six o'clock.

Because out here, the day doesn't just end. It performs.

Arizona homeowners… this is one alert you’ll want turned ON. 👀

A new property-specific fraud alert system is expected to roll out through the Arizona Department of Real Estate.

Here’s why it matters:

If your property enters escrow or becomes part of a transfer you didn’t authorize, you could receive an alert tied to your specific property.

That’s a big deal.

Pima County already offers a free Fraud Notify program, but that tracks activity connected to your name. This new system is designed to go one step further and monitor the property itself.

The new statewide program is expected to be optional, and it is not publicly available yet.

But once it is?

I’m signing up.

Your home is one of your biggest assets. A simple alert could give you an early warning when something doesn’t look right.
I’ll share the official signup information as soon as it becomes available.
