No - we don’t make any cookie cutter homes. We create all the details down to esthetics of lighting. Why? Because it makes a HUGE difference!

Yes you could throw some recessed lighting throughout your home and it would look nice. But what about accenting the picture window you just put in where you will also be placing your Christmas tree? We think about more than just getting the house built.

It’s a place where you’ll host, build your family, and spend a lot of your time.

When it comes to structural integrity, TGI joists are a game changer. For this project, we used 30ft spans of TGI joists at a 3:12 pitch, designed to handle heavy loads with ease—like the weight of snow (which also serves as a natural insulator, but that’s another story 😉).

TGI joists are engineered wood beams that combine strength and lightweight design, allowing for longer spans and less need for support posts. This means fewer interruptions in the ceiling and more open, usable space beneath. Perfect for projects where both durability and aesthetics are key.

For the roof itself, we created a unique pitch: 6:12 on the sides with shingles and a 3:12 pitch in the center with standing seam. This hybrid approach combines functional performance with a sleek, modern look.
