Our team has been working HARD behind the scenes lately to create a better guest experience, and it seems our guests have been telling us they notice the difference!

To my Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa Downtown family,

As comes to a close, I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you.

This week was all about celebrating each of you and the incredible work you do every single day. Whether you’re welcoming guests at the front desk, preparing breakfast, keeping our rooms spotless, fixing what breaks, or working behind the scenes, you are the reason our hotel feels like home to so many people. We simply couldn’t do this without you.

All week long, we teased everyone about a mystery grand prize, and today the secret was finally revealed. Our Housekeeping Supervisor, Adi, was the lucky winner and officially earned the honor of sending me swimming! It may have only lasted a few seconds, but it’s a memory we’ll all carry with us for years to come. Seeing everyone laughing together was the perfect way to wrap up an incredible week. There isn’t much I wouldn’t do to show this team how much they’re appreciated—even if it means ending up in the pool!

I hope this week reminded each of you just how appreciated you are. The truth is, in this industry we’re constantly moving from one challenge to the next, and we don’t always slow down enough to say “thank you” as often as we should. That’s exactly why I wanted to make this week special. It could never fully reflect everything you do, but I hope it gave you a chance to feel celebrated, to laugh together, and to know that your hard work never goes unnoticed.

Thank you for your hard work, your dedication, your teamwork, and the pride you take in making this hotel the best it can be. You create memorable experiences for our guests every day, and I’m grateful to work alongside each of you. It truly is an honor to serve this team.
