💲Deposit $100 per month of reservation
(Ex: 3 month reservation has a $300 deposit- 12 month reservation has a $1200 deposit. You can pay the deposit up front, or monthly if needed 💚)

❄️💧 Cold Weather Water Reminder – RV Campers and Cottages 💧❄️

Freezing temps can cause BIG water problems. Here’s what to know & what to do when it gets cold in Alabama 🥶👇

🚰 What to Do:
• Insulate your water hose & spigot
• Use heat tape during freezing temps
• Let faucets drip during hard freezes
• Disconnect hoses if you’ll be away

🚫 What NOT to Do:
• Don’t leave hoses unprotected in freezing weather
• Don’t ignore small leaks—they turn into big ones fast 💦
• Don’t wait to report water issues

📣 Important:
If you notice a leak, frozen line, or low water pressure, report it immediately so we can help before damage occurs.
