MAY IS NATIONAL FITNESS MONTH - LET'S GET ACTIVE!!
REGION VS REGION CHALLENGE FOR THE MONTH OF MAY -
Steps Challenge – we are doing a steps fitness challenge. Region vs. Region. We will use the honor system. If you have any physical disabilities or limitations, you can do the following in lieu of steps. BE ACTIVE. Each active minute will be equivalent to and count as one-step. (15 minutes of being active = 15 steps). Please message me with your step count and/or active minutes and what Region you are with and I will update the challenge status every Sunday during the month of May. If you have any questions, please reach out. Let’s get physical!!
