Utilities are included, with a monthly electrical maximum. Additional rental fees total $350. Additional taxes and refundable security deposit required, and vary depending on the length of stay. MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
