I hope you are enjoying your summer! Tybee Beach is calling!!

Want to update you this condo will be refreshed at the end of August. We are looking forward to signing on with a new Property Manager...THE ONE WITH THE POOL just one block away!! We will be moving over to Southern Belle just in time for Labor Day weekend and use of the pool will not cost you anything! We will post again once everything is set up for booking, then we will have new photos posted once the refresh is complete. There are still a few weeks available in August even though Tybee Vacation Rentals has removed us from their www you can still find us on AirBnB

Dolphin Watch 6 owners along with some friends visited over the Fourth of July holiday and 🤩 how much do we love this place?! While we were there we enjoyed the beach, the deck, plenty of local restaurants & shops and thoroughly enjoyed the fireworks and Captain Derek's Dolphin Adventure!

Improvements to the property during this stay included:

—GFCI repair (this allowed the electric grill outlet, floor lamp and one outside ceiling fan come back to life)
—Living Room TV replacement
—New Sisal Rugs were installed in all bedrooms, kitchen and Living Room
—Hammocks were replaced earlier in the year, as were the low outdoor dining chairs to Polywood
