Here ya go... The Tybee Spring Equinox '25! The sun only lines up with the Tybee Pier like this twice a year marking the beginning of Spring on Tybee. It's not the real Spring Equinox which is March 20th, but this one, IMO, more closely marks the beginning of Spring on Tybee. The temperatures start to warm up this time of year and and the people begin to return to the island. Its a great time to be in Coastal Georgia and a great time to be on Tybee Island!

Alignment of this month's Blue Sturgeon Moon with the Tybee Lighthouse. It was a Blue Moon because it was the forth full moon in a calendar quarter. The name "Sturgeon Moon" comes from the time of year that giant sturgeon are caught in the Great Lakes. This alignment happened yesterday morning about 5:49am. For this one, I just used automatic white balance and didn't go for a blue effect. So, the color is pretty true to what was seen.
