You asked Melo's story so here it is...
Biggest gooberest snuggiest sweet muffin huge puppy boy.
We love our Carmelo so much, and everyone who meets him falls in love too! Melo is a 4 year old 18.3hh Percheron gelding, and he is a total lover, yes he knows he's that big, and yes he knows that everyone is looking at him.
Back in November, Danielle & Misty came across pictures of this guy and he was a little dim looking in his photos. They paid attention to the sale he was being put through, and waited for his video livestream. They noticed in the video he was extremely skinny with rough marks all over him, patches of hair missing and hip bones you could bump your head on they were so prominently sticking out. You could see his spine, and he had a lot of skin fungus issues going on. There was no way Danielle could let him stay in that condition. They hooked up the trailer and went to pick him up that night to get this boy rehabbed. Minute 1 he already stole Danielle's heart, but within 2 weeks he had claimed his spot at the ranch in the hearts of everyone. He started to come alive and light up quickly with good groceries and lots of treats, love, and great baths with our favorite BioMane Products and Neighked products. Today, people see him from the road and pull in just to meet him. He loves every second of the attention.
We love you boy, so glad you are here 🩷 You're absolutely worth 2 broken boards per week. But if you could stop breaking them we'd also really appreciate that. 😆
