Howdy Facebook friends, we hope you’re having a great week. We have some good news if you’re looking for a reason to take a little vacation next week! We have had a last minute cancellation for one of our most popular beach cottages, the ”Lake Cottage.” It is available from this Saturday (7/13) to the following Saturday (7/20). This unit is a one bedroom so it is small, but a fan favorite with one of the best views of all the units. This same cottage is also available the first week of August (8/3- 8/10). All of our beach cottages are booked solid until the last 2 weeks of August so these are our last 2 available weeks unless there is another cancellation.

The weather will be great next week with sunny skies and the temperature in the mid to upper 80’s. Please let us know if your interested, its going to be beautiful!

After 58 years, it is with happiness and some regret that Gintaras Resort is changing owners. effective May 24, 2019.

The Karaitis family would like to thank the countless number of people that have shared in the enjoyment of this special place. Over the years we have had the pleasure of hosting thousands of visitors and shared in many celebrations. For many, Gintaras Resort is like no other place!

The new owners are two sisters Kathy and Adrienne. The new owners will be honoring all rental contracts for the 2019 season. They can be reached at our regular email [email protected] or by phone at 210-563-1966.

Thank you all for your business, friendship, and support. We will remain in the area so we will still see many of you. Please plan to return and continue with what has become for so many a summer tradition.
