We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has an eye for detail, and isn’t afraid to jump in and help when needed. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for helping ensure our vacation rentals are spotless, properly stocked, and guest-ready on time.

Responsibilities Include:
• Supervising and supporting our cleaning team
• Inspecting homes after cleans to ensure Spa City Rentals standards are met
• Helping coordinate daily cleaning schedules & turnovers
• Training and assisting cleaners as needed
• Keeping track of cleaning supplies, linens & property inventory
• Reporting damages, maintenance issues & missing items & filing claims as needed
• Helping resolve last-minute cleaning or turnover issues
• Communicating with management and other team members throughout the day
• Jumping in to clean or assist when necessary

What We’re Looking For:
✓ Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
✓ Dependable and punctual
✓ Professional, friendly & outgoing
✓ Strong attention to detail
✓ Organized and able to manage multiple properties and cleaners
✓ Comfortable giving direction and holding team members accountable
✓ Able to work independently and problem-solve
✓ Must be able to pass a drug test
✓ Vacation rental, hotel or professional cleaning experience preferred
✓ Supervisory/leadership experience preferred
✓ Bilingual is a PLUS, but not required!

🏡 This is NOT a desk job! You’ll be out in our properties, working with our team and making sure every home is ready to give our guests an amazing stay.
