We'll be at Theis Park June 5-7th for KC Pride Fest.

We're honored to support KC Pride this year and will be stationed near the ADA entrance.

Equipment Rental Pricing:

Mobility Scooters — $60/day with a $30 refundable deposit. For guests planning a shorter visit, we offer an hourly option at $15/hour (up to 4 hours), billed in full-hour increments. For example, a 2.5-hour rental is charged at the 3-hour rate of $45 and the remaining $15 will be refunded in the same method you used to pay. The full daily rate of $60 is collected upfront along with the deposit; if you end up staying longer, you're already covered for the day at no additional cost.

Wheelchairs, transport chairs & Rollators — Flat rate of $25/day with a $15 refundable deposit.

Availability — Due to limited quantities, all equipment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Estimated Quantities:

20 Mobility Scooters ( Ranging between 300- 400lb maximum capacity),

15 Wheelchairs (300lb maximum capacity)

5 Transport chairs (300lbaximum capacity)

5 Rollators (300lb maximum capacity)

Stock will fluctuate throughout the day as rentals are returned, so please check in with us if nothing is available upon your initial visit.

Event Boundaries — All rented equipment must remain within the event perimeter and may not be taken beyond the access gate.
Rental Completion — To maximize the number of guests we're able to assist, we are unable to hold equipment for those who leave and plan to return later. Once equipment is returned, the rental is considered complete.

Payment — Cash is preferred and an atm will be located nearby.
Rental Agreement - All customers will sign a rental agreement covering terms and conditions.

A photo of a valid driver's license is required for all rentals.

In the event of inclement weather, a determination will be made on services rendered with safety of patrons and potential damage to equipment as the determination factors.
