Gravel is down and power is on! We have officially completed Phase II. Just waiting for the grass to come in so it doesn’t look like a construction site.

First round of gravel is down on the sites. So excited to have our first 2 campers move in this week. So ready to have the driveway and parking completed/graveled and of course can’t wait to plant some grass!!

One of our favorite things about the property is this old stone chimney. We plan to have it restored and create a fire pit area around it. Good things to come!
