I’ve been thinking a lot lately about community. What it means to me, how I’m showing up for mine, the opportunities we could be creating for each other, the space we need to hold for each other—all of it.

I know I want to do more, and while I haven’t figured out what that looks like I know I want to make sure sure accessibility stays at forefront of my business; and this feels like a good place to start.

From now on I’ll be offering 10 minute energy work sessions on a donation-based, pay what you can scale! And know the donations don’t have to just be monetary—it could be art, a plant, a cool rock you found—whatever.

The first day of that will be this Friday, September 11th at my beautiful bestie’s shop tr3s.ojos. After that I’ll be making a post sharing a booking link and a revamped list of offerings.

Better late than never! Here’s all the places you can catch me this month:

July 12th- I’ll be at .ojos offering energy work sessions! B is amazing and I’m so grateful for the space she allows me to hold at her shop for you all. As always, walk-ins are welcome, sessions are mixed modality, and sliding scale options are available!

July 13th- Restorative Recess No. 2! The heatwave threw us off a bit, but on the 13th we’re back to it, at the Dream Playground in Kenosha.

July 18th- I’ll be back at Tres Ojos for another pop-up!

July 19th- We’re back in Kenosha for the 52nd St. Market! This event happens in the heart of Kenosha offering an accessible and approachable experience and it’s quickly become one of our favorites.

July 28th- Restorative Recess No. 3! Games yet to be announced, but we’ll be back in Racine at Lakeview Park!

It’s a family affair from start to finish over here.

If I’m not at an event with a tiny helper and/or husband) in tow, then I’m prepping with one. For this particular prep, we’re harvesting spruce tips, (or baby spikey’s as Indigo likes to call them) for a new batch of oils and balms; and we’re doing it in my brother-in-laws backyard.

Abundance is truly all around me, and I’m so very grateful.
