Meet our intern team!

We’re excited to welcome interns Braden, Ryan and Jasmine to our healthcare architecture, electrical engineering and interior design teams. While Braden joined us earlier this year, we're thrilled to have him continue his internship experience with us this summer alongside Ryan and Jasmine. These dedicated students are jumping right in and filling their summer with hands-on experience to learn new skills.

What was once a school is now the Toyota Indiana YMCA, a transformation that showcases the value of adaptive reuse. By repurposing part of an existing building, this project preserves a piece of local history while creating a welcoming space for community, wellness and growth.

Former classrooms and school spaces have been reimagined as childcare areas, a teen space, a STEM zone, summer day camp rooms, wellness areas and a multi-use gymnasium. The new addition complements these renovated spaces with a two-story lobby, group exercise and cycling studios, a teaching kitchen, offices, gathering spaces and a 25-yard competition pool.

So many opportunities for learning, recreation and connection for people of all ages!

Yesterday was nothing short of magical! 🪄

The ribbon cutting for the new Granted House of Hope was a joyful and emotional celebration of what this place will mean to so many families. Designed to be a beacon of comfort, hope, and respite, this house will provide families with a place to create precious memories together while stepping away from the stress and demands of medical treatments.

We are incredibly proud to have played a role in bringing this vision to life and grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a project that will make such a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

From underutilized to inspiring, the Jody Richards Hall Student Technology Center renovation at Western Kentucky University brings new life to this media center known as The Hub. Recognizing that college students spend countless hours studying and collaborating in spaces like this, the reimagined lab was designed to create a modern, welcoming environment that fosters connection, productivity and WKU pride.

The redesign improves access to Topper Tech and offers a variety of gathering spaces, including computer workstations, study booths, meeting areas, and quiet reading nooks. Shipping container-inspired meeting spaces and decorative acoustical dividers add character while enhancing privacy throughout the space. Murals, graphics, and WKU’s signature red, white, and black colors are woven throughout the design, creating a vibrant atmosphere that celebrates the Hilltopper spirit.

Welcome to Camp Hafer! 🏕️✨ This year’s Employee Appreciation Week is all about celebrating the fun, teamwork and spirit that make our staff so special!

Everyone has been divided into cabins for a week full of friendly competition, team bonding and camp-inspired fun. We kicked things off Monday with lunch and the big reveal of cabin names and chants — all part of the competition, of course!

Tuesday, we “hiked” to breakfast and rocked our craziest socks, and today featured tie dye day and fishing for prizes! 🎣

We can’t wait to see what the rest of the week brings!
