The Tallman Hotel, in the historic country town of Upper Lake California, is a return to a simpler time. Join us for our Passport Around the World Wh***ey Distiller’s Paired Dinner, featuring four courses by Chef Pablo Aguilar paired with spirits from Mendocino Spirits

Enjoy an Irish Root Salad, your choice of Wh***ey Glazed Lamb Lollipops, Pan Seared Airline Chicken or a vegetarian Potato Pancake, and a Double Chocolate Wh***ey Cake for a sweet finish.

Only a few tickets remain for Sunday, October 11, 2026, featuring the Aki Kumar Bollywood Blues Band, with Alabama Mike opening the night at the 19th Annual Blue Wing Blues Festival.

Bring someone who loves live music as much as you do and settle in for two great bands and a hosted BBQ dinner. Enjoy house-smoked brisket, blackened salmon, rosemary chicken thighs, and a vegetarian option of pesto pasta primavera.
