"I consistently travel for work and Pam's cabin was one of my favorite stays. A truly unique opportunity to stay in a fully-equipped cozy cabin perched on the edge of a beautifully landscaped pond with room to roam. Pam was very generous, attentive and accommodating with every request. The location was peaceful and quiet yet convenient to the interstate. The cabin was the most reasonably priced option in the area and my dogs loved it too. I would be lucky to stay here again."

We are so glad to have found this place. It is one of the best Airbnb we've stayed. It is very well maintained and cleaned. The host is very responsive and thoughtful in providing everything inside and out. There is so much space outside the cabin all to ourselves and it is very peaceful just to sit outside to be in the nature. Even the resident duck is so friendly that she'll sit beside us. This place is beyond 5 star and highly recommended.

I just live about 15 miles away. I ride past the Cottage several times a week. I just had to come stay. What a wonderful experience. I’m totally in love with everything about this beautiful place. Especially Quackers 💕 We ( All Adults) went swinging on the swing set and one brave soul made it a few times around on the spinner. We relaxed the whole time fishing and walking the property. Can’t wait to go back. What a Wonderful Place 💕

After staying in over a hundred Airbnbs, I didn’t think anyplace could make my top 5. But this place did. It was like staying in a beautiful park. And the big bonus? Crackers, the friendly duck. She followed me everywhere like a puppy. Beautifully landscaped. Such a variety of plants. I so enjoyed hanging out on the deck, taking a walk around the ponds and sitting in the swing. I did spend most of my time outside but the inside was nice too. Just perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Small children would love the loft. Thanks so much for sharing your little slice of Eden.

If we could give more than five stars we would. We came here on a weekend getaway and can easily say this is the best airbnb we have ever been to. The duck is so very friendly and loves to be fed. Our dogs had a wonderful time playing in the grass and even going in the pond to swim around. We had so much fun walking the grounds, swinging on the swings, reading, and just being at peace. Pam provided some much needed snacks after a long road trip here and even a water bowl ready for our pups when we got in. We stayed in almost the entire weekend, but Pam had some great suggestions of things to do! We hope to come back very soon.

Tranquil setting with the sounds of water falls and bull frogs..you almost forget you're just a few miles from I-40. The setting is planted with an intriguing variety of trees, shrubs, and plants that attract a multitude of insect and bird life. The cabin is cozy and homey, and can be darkened or brightened during the day, which is essential for a night shift nurse (such as my self). Ms. Pam is phenomenal; she's approachable, engaging, intelligent, and respects privacy..a true southern dynamo of a lady. I highly recommend for all you travel health care workers looking for comfy long term housing in the area!

If you’re looking for a tranquil, private and unique Airbnb, look no further! This adorable cabin is so stinking cute!! It’s a tiny house shaped out of a train car! There’s enough linens to last awhile, along with a dishwasher, Keurig, a/c, WiFi, heat, extra fans, roku and more! Step out to the deck and all you hear is the waterfall from the ponds just steps from the cabin! Pam has such unique landscape all around the property. My favorite thing while visiting was in the morning, I’d make my cup of coffee and walk around the ponds with my dogs noticing all of the simple touches and of course the geese family! We were fortunate enough to watch mom and dad raise their four young into adulthood. Did I mention we are a family of 5 with two dogs and 2 cats who stayed here for a few months? Oh ya we did! Also, there’s the pavilion, swingset and merry go round for the kids to enjoy for hours! I let my dogs run off leash since it’s 3 acres of privacy!! Last, but certainly not least - Pam. She has a heart of gold! She truly cares about her guests and she made sure we were always taken well care of. She offers so much to keep the entertainment going! I’m happy to say I made a friend out of this Airbnb and that’s more than I could ask for! 5+ star!

We had the most beautiful trip. It was raining all day Saturday but it didn’t even matter because we were in the most gorgeous location!”

"Pam is an exceptional hostess! We have stayed at both her lovely homes more than once. The homes are charming both inside and out! The Farmhouse is extremely roomy and comfortable for our large family. The Cabin is situated right on the water. We had the pleasure of watching a family of geese on the pond. The area offers a wealth of outdoor adventure! We try to return to Flat Gap Road every chance we get!”

Emily (Oct 11-13-2019) review: Pictures do not do this place justice! The pavilion is awesome and the cabin is the cutest place ever! There’s so many interesting plants and wildlife around the property. We will be coming back yearly!
