The Valley Head Vol. Fire Department is putting on a benefit / fundraiser ATV / UTV ride to help the families of Jon, Tiana and their son in this time of need! As most of you know Jon tragically lost his life in a mva and his fiancé is still going to be in the hospital for an extended period of time. Jon was a member of the fire department and a very special one!!

Everyone mark your calendars for Saturday September the 12th 2026

We will also be doing 50/50 drawing and gift raffle, tentatively working on a food vendor..

The ride will be held at 21061 Seneca Trail valley head wv 26294!

The price is 15.00 for drivers 10.00 each passenger kids 12 and under ride free!!

More information to come as we work out the details!!!!

If you are unable to participate in the ride feel free to come and join in on the 50/50 and gift raffle!!!

Anyone who wants to donate for the gift raffle is more then welcome to and all donations will be very appreciated!!!

Anyone wanting to donate please get a hold of Amanda Balis or Wade Balis or a member of the volunteer fire department!!!

All riders must sign an accident wavier and release of liability form if you are under 18 years old you must have a parent or guardian with you to sign!!!You will be given an arm band after you sign the form!!!

It is about an 80 mile ride!!!

👻 The Cass Halloween Train Returns! 🎃

Fearless mortals, join us on October 30th and 31st for the return of the Cass Halloween Train. This spooky adventure will depart the Cass Depot promptly at 5:00pm for Whittaker Station… if you dare.

While at Whittaker, enjoy the camp fire while sipping on hot chocolate. Meet with prominent ghosts from the past while you walk through the haunted cemetery to Whittaker Camp 1, an abandoned logging camp with danger around every turn.

Passengers are encouraged to wear costumes. All children will receive a bag of candy.

Upon return to Cass, experience the Haunted Company House and movies & games at the Cass Community Center.
