Don't risk a burst pipe at your site! A frozen hydrant can stop your water flow and cost a fortune.

I'm enjoying the view from my office lately. We've been working diligently to prepare for my niece's wedding in November. Since she was a little girl, dreaming of this day, I made a promise to have a venue constructed for her special day. Little did I know, I would only have four months to fulfill this commitment. To address the curiosity, yes, we are finally building an event center. It is multi-phase project. We just starting phase I.
So, No, it won't be available for rent just yet, but perhaps in early 2026.
We do however, have the Lodge for smaller events and 20 new RV sites, a total of 54 full hook-up lots, for rent. Call us or check out www.newmorriverpreserve.com
