June Kids Camp is finally here!

We are so excited to welcome our campers to Camp Ridgedale for an incredible week of faith, fun, friendship, and learning what it means to be Built on the Rock! 🪨

A few reminders for parents:
- Drop-off begins at 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM each morning.
- Pick-up is from 3:00 PM–5:00 PM each afternoon. Please note that pick-up will take place at the tabernacle until 3:15 PM and at the lodge after that time.

Please continue to pray for our campers, leaders, and volunteers as we begin this exciting week together. We can't wait to see what God has in store!

June Kids Camp is Almost Here!

We're just a few days away from an incredible week of fun, faith, and friendship at Camp Ridgedale—and Sunday is the last day to register!

This year's theme is Built on the Rock, where campers will learn what it means to build their lives on the strong foundation of Jesus Christ.
At Kids Camp, your child will enjoy:
- Fun games and activities
- Worship and music
- Bible lessons and faith-building experiences
- Crafts and creative projects
- New friendships and lasting memories
- A safe, encouraging environment to grow in their faith

This summer at Camp Ridgedale, our July Kids Camp theme is Run the Race!

Throughout the week, campers will discover what it means to follow Jesus with perseverance, purpose, and faith. Just like a runner stays focused on the finish line, we are called to keep our eyes on Christ and continue growing in our faith each day.

Through worship, Bible teaching, games, crafts, and activities, campers will be encouraged to trust God, support one another, and keep moving forward even when challenges arise.

Our hope is that every child leaves camp inspired to run the race God has set before them, knowing that He is with them every step of the way.

The Lodge is the heart of many retreats at Camp Ridgedale—a place where groups gather, share meals, build community, and grow in their faith together.
Whether you're planning a church retreat, youth weekend, ministry event, or fellowship gathering, the Lodge offers:

- Sleeping accommodations for approximately 40 guests
- Comfortable lounge areas for fellowship, meetings, and small groups

📣 Calling All Junior Leaders & Kids Camp Leaders!

To all of our Junior Leaders and hopefuls, we’ll be reaching out next week to finalize our leadership team and provide information to help you prepare for camp.

We will also be hosting Leader Orientation on:
📅 June 16 at 6:30 PM
📅 June 19 at 6:30 PM

You only need to attend one orientation. If you’re unable to make either date, please let us know and we’ll make other arrangements.

For any returning leaders who plan to help with Kids Camp but have not reached out yet, please contact us by June 5 so we can include you in our planning.

Our leaders and Junior Leaders are a huge part of what makes Kids Camp such a special experience. Thank you for your willingness to serve and invest in the lives of our campers—we can't wait for camp to be here!

We want to let everyone know that we recently discovered an issue with our June Kids Camp registration system. When selecting the “pay in full” option, some families were incorrectly told that no spots were available.

Thankfully, this issue has now been fixed, and registration is open again for anyone still wanting to sign up for June Kids Camp!

Because this error was on our end, we will also be waiving all late registration fees for this camp.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we worked through this issue. We can’t wait for an incredible week of camp together!

There’s something special about being part of what God is doing at Camp Ridgedale—and you don’t have to commit to a full week of camp to be involved.

We’re always looking for volunteers who want to jump in, lend a hand, and be part of the experience. Whether you have a few hours, a day, or more time to give, there’s a place for you here.

From helping with projects around camp to supporting events and camps, every role makes a difference.

This Memorial Day, we remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

At Camp Ridgedale, we’re reminded how special it is to gather freely — to worship, laugh, learn, and build community together in a place surrounded by God’s creation. Those simple moments are freedoms that came at a great cost.

As families spend time outdoors, around campfires, at cookouts, and with loved ones this weekend, we encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect with gratitude for those who sacrificed everything for our nation.

Today, we remember their courage, honor their legacy, and thank the Lord for the freedoms and blessings we so often take for granted.
