Community located 2 miles from the Atlantic ocean and centrally located in the heart of Vero Beach. Our families have owned the park for over 60 years and three generations. We have senior residents from all over the United States and Canada, enjoying an Active Senior Lifestyle, in our community.

Monday February 20th, Colette and Suzanne were delighted to bring to the Vero Beach Hospital:

20 teddies and 11 cats for the Emergency Department
19 sets of baby hats and booties
11 hats and 10 pairs of baby booties

Last Friday February 10th, Suzanne Chevrette & Irene Ellis dropped off 50 hats and 40 sets of hats and mittens to the Scully-Welsh Cancer Center of Vero Beach to comfort adults who come for cancer treatment.

last Tuesday February 8th, Suzanne Chevrette dropped off 65 knitted toys to the Vero Beach Hospital for the Emergency department to comfort children and adults who come to the hospital sick or injured.

These handed toys make it easier for medical staff to provide care because patients are less stressed.
