The Dogwood House and Cottage are DONEEE!!!!! These before and after of the cottage actually blow my mind. I’m absolutely in love with this little house and can’t wait to share it with you all! Last weekend this sweet couple celebrated their baby shower at our intimate event space, Together. by Waverly. It was so special because these two said “I Do” at Waverly and two of their besties at the bridal shower also said “I Do” at Waverly Estate (swipe to see)! Such a fun celebration! Congratulations to Julie and Timmy! You’re sweet boy is so lucky to have you two as his parents! 💙

Furniture and decor started today at the Dogwood House and Cottage! It is SOOO close to being done and it is coming together beautifully. Just under 4 weeks until our first guests! 🙌🏼❤️

Finley approves of how the Dogwood house and cottage are coming together. All the furniture and Decor are coming in and we are getting so excited. I’m loving these before and after shots of the Dogwood House! This 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home will be ready to rent before we know it! I can’t wait to share more pictures once it’s all cleaned and furnished/decorated!! Which before and after is your favorite? Comment below!

The Dogwood House and Cottage are soo close to completion! The cottage was quite the doozy to renovate. This sound was too funny not to use but all jokes aside, our contractor was great! Of course we ran into some surprises, but that was to be expected with the condition that the cottage was in. We are hoping to have it furnished and decorated by the end of February!
